Hi Ashish, I am unablen to connect my phone with eclipse and PC, I cann't see device list in DDMS. When I run command in CMD, There is showingempty list:

C:\Users\ersan>adb kill-server

C:\Users\ersan>adb start-server
* daemon not running; starting now at tcp:5037
* daemon started successfully

C:\Users\ersan>adb devices
List of devices attached

C:\Users\ersan>

NOte : List name is not showing.

if i use command adb usb then error shows:

C:\Users\ersan>adb usb
error: no devices/emulators found

 Kindly find the below system and Android configuration:

Mobile     : Redme Note 6 Pro

Android version  : 9.0

windowos version : 10
