Why are we mentioning the Jars path in JUNIT build.xml

Hi team,

Why are we mentioning the path of the F:jars in JUnit build xml file what are this jars
1)Are these jars belong to ANT jars or what are this jars exactly and how they functions .because i am not getting why we are specifying this jars path and wht is the functionality iof the jars specified what exactly ANT is going to do.
