Webex on Windows 7 64bit not working | Selenium Forum

Hi Ashish

I have changed my laptop (Windows 7 64bit) but webex is no more working. When I tried to run one of the video Cisco_WebEx_Add-On.exe is downloaded, however when I try to install/run it, it won't do anything. No error message is shown either. Is it a known issue? Any solution for it? I also tried to use in Chrome and it keeps saying "we can't add webex ext. Try again"

uninstall Firefox again and then install it.

Thanks for the reply. In my case I used IE and when I tried to access the video it allowed me to install webex. After that it worked with remaining browsers too.
