I have been watching videos from over a month. Yesterday suddenly whenever I am trying to open a video, the webEx player is not opening. It is always asking to download the player. I downloaded it 20 times. Still not running.
I have restarted the system many times. Not able to videos at all.
Browser used- Firefox
In chrome the error message comes - We cannot add the WebEx extension. Try again.

Just resolved the issue.
The updated version of firefox 64bit 51.0.1 is not allowing to run the videos.
DOwngraded it to 32 bit.
