Videos are showing connecting in webex even as internet speed is 50 mbps. Please suggest what could be the issue.

Videos used to open previously but I logged in after some time and I started facing issue.

This comes up when your firewall or antivirus blocks webex
Please create one more admin user on your pc
Login from that user and try to play the videos
