Unable to Run the ant in cmd | Selenium Forum

As explained in the selenium video, my OS folder contains only JRE folder and not the JDK folder, so i have downloaded the tools.jar file from google and pasted in my JRE folder, but still i face the same issue, please find the screenshots attached.

Please help me out to resolve this issue.

change the name of tools.1.8.0 to tools.jar
