Unable to Read the Data from Excel Using POM frame work

again read my query and Execute My project in Your system

i am facing two probem please provide appropriate solution
1- here i have used 3 class in the testng file
1.1 Login Test class--with assert function and reading data from Excel which is working fine
1.2 UserHomePageTest Class-- here i am reading data from the data mention in project level
example--
ResultPage resultpage=userpage.searchRecods("mobe");
resultpage.selectproduct();
1.3 TestSearch.Java --now i want search Product from the Different name from the Excel but i am not able to do it
i have used the method according to my understanding in the TestSearch.Java file
Please let me know how can i read that data from excel

and also i am getting test case fail for with the UserHomePageTest while it is passed

Please provide solution and do necessary change in my project
