Hi, I am not able to play recordings in Module 21. I have changed the password as requested when I logged in. Could you please take a look at this issue. I need to refer to some recordings to re-fresh the content.

Hi, this was due to our company security settings. Although I do not know why module 16 was working but not module 21. I have to use different network to access the videos. I currently have access to the module.
