Unable to download eclipse luna for win 64.Tried the latest eclipse from official website.It provides an installer(exe).It seems to have several problems with it.
Could you please provide download link for a stable eclipse for win7 64
& also i think i have compatibility issues with jdk12(latest) & eclipse versions am trying to install.

Eclipse Luna works with JDK 8 only. You need to install JDK8
