Unable to create a hub on my PC | Selenium Forum

Iam trying to create a hub:

And wrote the following code in command prompt:
java -jar selenium-server-standalone-2.47.1.jar -role hub

but I get an error as :
FAILED SocketConnector00.0.0.0.4444:
java.net.BindException: address already in use

4444 port is already in use on your pc
Please change port number in hubconfig.json
