Unable to access videos | Selenium Forum

Hi

I am having issues regarding the video streaming. I am unable to play the videos. i have installed Firefox and installed Cisco webex extension. Have disabled pop up and given toggle of Java as On. i have installed network recording player v 29.10

Now whenever i click on the video link i get a pop up asking me to enter the password. Once i input the password it says that web es is opening. Then the pop up closes and network recording player opens and displays error "General error occured in file operation"

I have tried in edge as well as chrome but unable to play videos from yesterday. Please guide me with the solutions

reinstall network player.

Same problem.. not able to access WebEx videos on Mac Chrome
- Firewall is disabled
- Reinstalled webex plugin.

Nothing is working.

I had to delete all WebEx plugin and app... then its started working.
