TestNG suitre running two times

Issue:

When I am running testing.xml as TestNg suite test case is run twice.

But if I run that test case as TestNG set , its running one time.
If I run through maven in cmd , its also running one time.


Please help me in explaining / resolving my issue why running testing xml as testng suite, two times test case is run.
