Hi ashish,
I was able to successfully exeucte the test with testng, but when i tried the same test with ANT, build is successfull and the test is failed, browser is also not invoked. Please refer to the attached screenshots.
I also updated the latest jars to the location specified in the build.xml.

can i see compile code in ANT. you have uploaded the screen shot but it only has [color=#FF0000:1kbr5kv5]run, makexsltreports[/color:1kbr5kv5] cmd.
