Hi,
The SkipException is not thrown when I execute the test cases using Testng.xml. But I when I run the test case individually, it throws the SkipException as expected.
Is this behavior expected ? or am I missing something?

sorry, during day time i will be in office and can not login to Skype. Night and morning I will available in Skype.
