selenium workspace and SVN issue

Hi Ashish,

In my organization i am using existing selenium workspace instead of creating my own workspace.Later when i received SVN credentials,i have committed only my script in to SVN without dependent files(like excel files,object repository).Due to which application was down.Kindly do the needful so that i can maintain my own workspace with updated code.
kindly reply me with Step-by-step procedure which would be more helpful.
