Hi,
I am not getting below options on my Selenium IDE 3.12.0 installed on Mozilla Firefox 68.0.2 (64-bit).
File, Edit, Actions, Options, Help
So please assist me in getting these options on my Selenium IDE. Please find attached screen shot for your reference.

You can see the related options on the main screen itself. The menu bar has been removed in this version.
Additionally, i would suggest you using Selenium WebDriver as it is compatible with dynamic WebApps
