Selenium IDE - Issue with recording gmail

I have recorded steps to login into my gmail account using Selenium IDE.

When I playback after typing the password - its says password not found.

and the clickandwait command on signIn button does not work.

I have tried increasing the default timeout from 30s to 60s but that does not help.

When I playback from fast to slow mode it works fine.

What is the issue can you please help me out
