Reflection Api not used in Keywords.java of module 21 2016

Hi Ashish,
You said that when ever we have to add a new keyword for core hybrid framework we will be using reflections api instead of if else loops in keywords.java class of core hybrid framework ,but you have not used it.
Can you kindly tell me how to do that

Hi Ashish,
Can you please tell in which release of module 21. Reflection API is used in Keywords.java instead of switch or If else.
