What this sighn is and why it came or appear against my project name?
How can I get rid of this?

there are different errors when this sign appears. but mostly it appears when external jar files are misplaced.
goto view>>show view>>problems
to see the accurate problem

Just Remove your selenium jars from your project
Download new ones and add them again to your project them will be alight.
