POI Jar FIles-I found many jar files after downloading zip

When i tried to download the Zip POI with file naming convention having in website poi-bin-3.14.zip where i found many jars and many subfolders underneath it ,how can we come to know what external jars should be added to our project and the jars you have mentioned in video are different with the Zip Poi i have downloaded
1)Want to know what jars should be used exactly because many jars are present getting confused on this can you please assist me.
