Not able to run Selenium Videos since today

Have same issue since this morning on Mac

I cannot keep on creating new user always on mac
I als checked that my firefall is off

Still seeing the issue. Need help. Please let me know what is the solution to run the videos.

this issue is caused because Webex player cannot contact its server because firewall or antivirus is been locking the Webex player.

it is very little I can do to solve the problem because the problem is on your PC.

the only thing I can suggest is, either use a windows PC or make sure nothing is interfering with WebEx's players' connection with its server.
