Not able to generate JARS in MAVAN(Windows) through cmd prom

Hi ,

I followed all the steps mentioned in module-31(MAVEN) to configure MAVAN on my windows machine.

But while extracting JARS from Apace i got below error,

any suggestion how to overcome this problem?
