Need Suggestion On Automating Application

Hi Ashish,

I am working in a Portal application which interact with multiple other systems to complete one flow.

1.It creates a ticket number from the Portal.

2.Creates quote price after interacting with another web application which takes more then 5 to 10 mins and some times manual intervention is required base don the scenario.(Quote Generation portal is also a Webbased application)

3.Search the same ticket in Portal application,check for the Quote Generation based on the status and proceed to further steps.

4.Again interact with another web application and do some action and check the same in Portal application.

Is it advisable to Automate such type applications where 3 4 systems interacts and where we need to verify each system ?
