Need full page screenshot | Selenium Forum

Hi Ashish, 

1. Created the project using Maven.

2. Now, able to take the screenshot but that is a partial one. Need the full page screenshot. 

Do we need to include any jar dependency or anything that will help in getting the full page screenshot?

Kindly help.

Hello Amrutha,

Selenium itself doesn't support full page screenshots, it takes the screenshots of the visible part of the page only.

If it is a requirement in your project and you need to take a screenshot of the whole page, you have to use third-party tools.

But we cannot guarantee that the methods mentioned there would work or not as the WebDriver W3C standard specifies the screenshot to be taken of the topmost layer of the visible screen only.
