Need clarification on Email Configuration under Jenkins | Selenium Forum

Hello Team,

am seeing the video on Training Video - 43
Jenkins , GIT, GITHUB Integration

in that under Manage Jenkins-->Configure System, am not able to see EMail configuration option itself to configure the failed builds.

am using 2.23.war Jenkin version which is the latest.

Please help.
