Page is overlapped due to mouse pointing on top of page.
Page is scrolled and correct page is displayed due to overlapping of page it cant be clicked.
why mouse is pointing on "Sports" while page is scrolling?

you're using mouse movements so, its hovering over sports.

I have attached the java code, please execute you will come to know.
After analysis only i have posted after doing rigorous fixes. This is same code of yours but website has changed.
I have not moved mouse, the Menu->SubMenu is clicked automatically when drag is in progress.
