Mouse Hover not working and further not able to click the child element in any of the browser i.e. IE11, Chrome 53 version and firefox 49.0.1 is not at all working.

I am attaching herewith the java class file for looking into the issue. Please help me in fix this out.

firstly tell me if you're having any exception?
secondly tell me the name of the website you're trying to automate?
thirdly send a screenshot?
