Module8-Not able to view description of Annotation

As part of Module 8, I am getting message - "The attached Javadoc could not be retrieved as the specified Javadoc location is either wrong or currently not accessible." when hovering the mouse over an annotation - "@SuiteClasses".

Is there some setting that needs to be done to view the full description of the annotation being used in a project?
