Module15: Notification alerts

Can you please guide me in handling notification alerts that opens on page load. I encountered below error and could not proceed further.

Error message "Element is not clickable............." is displayed

I had tried below options to close this notification alert
1) WebDriver wait & using ALERTS class

2)from old forum, i tried with below solution also
