is anybody facing issue with Zoho?
Hello,
I am creating lead and covert it then it shows in Accounts link.
But when I delete it, it does not appear more in Contacts?(But According to video Module 20 - 2016 release - Part 9, it is supposed to be shown in Contacts)
is that going to be trouble as I move forward with modules?
Also, When I convert a lead, and click on Leads link, The created lead stays there.
To remove it, you have to refresh page then it goes away(By clicking on Leads link, it is supposed to go away according to Module 20 - 2016 release - Part 9)
I am sure it will cost as I move forward.

Yes I am adding email addresses too.
I tried doing it many times.Once I delete converted lead, it does not stay in contact list anymore.

you have to convert the [color=#FF0000:v1i2arnu]lead to account[/color:v1i2arnu] and then it will come in contact.

First I created a lead and it comes into Leads section
Second I convert created lead and it comes Accounts section
Third Now when I delete a converted lead from account section and I go to Contacts section, the deleted lead does not show there(Suppose to be there)
Can you please try doing it to check whether you get this issue?

Refresh the page please, you will not find deleted lead in contacts section.
