Module 13 - Query on Exercise

I am trying to do the exercise of Module 13 - Create a new lead in salesforce.com

While trying to locate the elements like Lead Status, Salutation, First Name etc I found that id keeps changing each time the page is loaded.

So I am not able to locate them using id. Tried to use some other locating strategy but couldn't find any. Please help.
