Sir,
The latest Salesforce UI doesn't have the input field to include the path of the attachment. It only has the Browse button. You mentioned in the video that Browse button opens Windows component which Selenium can't recognize.
Could you please let me know if there is any solution through IDE or any workaround?

you have to use AutoIT.
