JNI error while running the scripts using TestNG

Hi Team,

I am getting JNI error while running the scripts using TestNG. I have Pasted screen shot . Please let me know how to resolve this if anyone encountered it.

have you installed testng plugin for eclipse?

Anyone got this error . Let me know how to resolve it. I got struck here not able to move further.

you haven't added testng library to your sample project.
