java code coverage while executing selenium ui tests

Hi
Anyone tried getting the java code coverage while executing the selenium ui tests ?
I researched and found few solutions but yet not clear on how to achieve those. They mostly talk about using Maven, Sonar, Jacoco...
Anyone who has tried it or know about it, please do share.
