Issue to install TestNG

Recently I change my HDD and install windows8.1, after that I install Eclipse Neon(64bit) and try to install TestNG, TestNG installation was successful, but it is not showing in library files and in project folder. I install several time Eclipse and TestNG also. after that I upgrade to windows10, same issue on windows10 also. What is the reason. Please help me...
