If we can provide test data to the test case by dataproviders, then what is the use of giving test data through excel sheets.

Which way of providing test data is most efficient and why?

data providers read test data from excel sheets.

hi ashish,

i have doubt,we can provide test data to the test script directly from excel sheet.then whats use of data provider?

is it another way to provide data.
