I am not able to upload a unique file using AutoIT

Could you please have a look into the below question on selenium WebDriver.

In my application there is a Upload functionality , this will accept only .xlsx file (Microsoft office xl file) , every time i try to upload a file it is asking.
different file name .

It means that the Upload will not accept duplicate files. how to handle this functionality.
