Hi Ashish,

I am not able to play videos

I am using firefox 64 bit with windows 10 OS , please find attached image for error

Please look into this asap

try some other browser like chrome, IE or Firefox version 40

I Have downgraded FF version to 40 but its not working.

for chrome Can not add chrome extension ..KIndly suggest a way to play videos as I am stuck
