How to know whether modal dialog box is present or not

I am able to handle alerts as well as windows.

Here my scenario is related to modal window. In my application after logging in the user may have multiple accounts.

if user has multiple account modal dialog box will be displayed. I just want to know how can I handle this dialog box. I am able to do it

by robust class if I know that the user has multiple logins in prior

My scenario here is after logging in to the application if that modal dialog box appears i should close it else I should continue

with my normal flow.

Can I get text of that modal dialog box if so how?
