How to get automation projects in your company

Hi Ashish,

In my company, we are looking to get automation projects.
We have been using automation in our internal projects but we are yet to get any dedicated automation projects from clients.
My company has asked me to look into this, sit with the sales team and guide them.
I am not sure how should I go ahead with this, how to create our portfolio and how to showcase our skill set.

Please guide me on how to carry this forward.

to create a portfolio you must put your internal project in portfolio that can showcase your skill.

like if you have Automated CRM software put that in portfolio etc.
