how to check if submenu items exits

I am automating a webpage where it has two options "Supplier" and "Facilities". In supplier, supplier list is displayed , Facilities shows list of facilities under each supplier. I have to automate and check if all facilities are displayed under supplier when facilities option is selected. Screen shot are attached for better understanding. Please help me out with this ASAP.
