Grid test from jenkins don't end on it own

Hello All, Please suggest & share how I can come over from Grid-Jenkins roadblock.

My framework was running fine with Jenkins, later the requirement came for Grid, which i have implemented successfully. like hub is able to run test on 10 VM & result/report displays when run from the command prompt.

As everything goes fine I created a job in Jenkins for this Grid project & starts running this from Jenkins, project triggers, console displays all execution & at the end total pass fail count displays but run don't end on its own, like loader keep running to generate report, I have to manually abrupt/kill the execution else its keep running. TestNg reports don't get generated as i stopped it manually, earlier with Webdriver project I was able to get Testng results as execution ends on its own.

I have integrate Selenium Grid plugin too but it doesn't show any vm/nodes integration with hub, I can see all integrated nodes on hub console but they aren't showing in that Selenium grid plugin.

Any of you could please tell the process to integrated nodes & hub with Selenium Grid plugin, haven't seen any video doing this too.

Note: Hub & Jenkins are on same server so when I up my hub & all nodes why they are showing only on hub localhost console of hub but not on Selenium Grid Jenkins page.

Looking for solution of this from Ashish or all those who are running Grid project with Jenkins.
