Firefox browser is launched but URL is not | Selenium Forum

I have a well integrated QA(Maven-Jenkins-Selenium) setup, which has been running tests in FF efficiently so far.
But suddenly it has stopped launching the URL in FF browser.
I am using the latest FF browser(46) and 48 version of selenium server standalone jar.
Please suggest guys what should I do?

did something changed in project.
