Exercise 1: Salesforce for module training video 13

The Exercise is :
1) Go to SalesForce.com
2) Register as a trial/free user
3) Write a script which logs in
4) Then Script should create a new Lead
5) Verify the new lead

Now the problem here when register for Free user /trial user the sales force is sending an authentication password to mobile or email ID, making difficult to automate and login .

Can you please suggest any other ways.
