email xslt reports using outlook

I have tried this link. This gives us a solution for gmail smtp. But the problem is my company network doesnt allow to connect to gmail to send an email.
Is there a way to send email directly by using outlook. How the outlook properties change? where we can all these properties for outlook.

outlook the application or outlook the email service? application we can't automate with selenium.
