Configure Maven into System

Hi,
i try to configure maven into my office machine. I create system variable like :-

[b:291ayaco]It happen because my machine is behind a firewall or proxy. so i take help from google and change the proxy setting into "conf" folder --> setting xml file but issue is still exist so please help me how to solve that.....[/b:291ayaco]
