Exception : SessionNotCreatedException

Environment : Win 10: Selenium 3.141 / Selenium 2.51 : Firefox -47 / 33 

Tried with these Combinations. Pls suggest a solution. Thank you

Please use selenium 3.141.59, latest version driver and latest version firefox.
