C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\lib\security

I got the following exception while trying to checking in my code into SVN:

Someone suggested to comment the line 'jdk.certpath.disabledAlgorithms=MD2' located under 'C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\lib\security\java.security', however no luck for me.

Can anyone please suggest, what could be the possible solution ?
