Batch Recording not playable

Hi Ashish,

I'm the feb 2021 batch.

Since the end of our session I made a request here in 2022 that the batch recording is not playable, but since then the request have been unattended. I come again today to ask you to please look into it. The batch Recording are still not playable as I attend to load. The loading goes without opening the record.
