The class Reading_Writing_XLS , will that work for CSV ?? If not then how Do I create one for CSV , and also when would you provide the class for XLSX format?

The XLS Reader provided by us works for xlsx files only.

Regarding the csv files, you need o write your own custom code for reading the data
